Happy Tuesday, everyone! I love Tuesdays because that means it's time for Teapot Tuesday and everyone who wants to participate gets to go on a fun adventure with lots of other fun stampers and tea partiers!!!
Today, we are on our way to the Kentucky Derby to race alongside with Too Tall Tony McTea! Check out the details here for da Mudder's (aka Mothermark) full story and come play along:
Anywhoooo, Bertie and I are on our way to Louisville with our trusty steed, Guardino Palomino! I know. I know. It's kinda weird that Guardino has a big butt just like Bertie, but it's all Bertie's fault cause she never makes sure that Guardino gets his daily exercise and she keeps feeding him m&ms! It's really weighing him down in the rear end! So, we're heading out early to meet up with Pidgesmom so our trusty steeds can feed on the lush blue grasses of Kentucky and, hopefully, lose a few pounds before the race starts.
Oh yeah, I'm also wearing my Pretty Woman dress, hat and shoes (you know, the chocolate dress with the white polkadots----so cool!). It's important that we all look good. I'll ask Bertie to be on her best behavior and not fling anything on our good clothes, but I can't make any promises.
[This card is also for yesterday's Technique challenge to use paper piercing, and last week's Free for All to use the out-of-the-box technique. I used a Mojo sketch.]

Hey Tony...you there? Can you here me now? Okay, can you hear me NOW?? Okay, hey listen up! That idear you had to sneak into the stable and put an extra coat of mustache wax on G. Palomino's hooves was brilliant! Yah, he's doing the splits on his big behind. The owner is too embarrassed to admit the sheer brillance of our plan so she made up some story about his diet of M & M's and lack of exercise! You da man Tony! We are almost there, roses in our hair, more cash in our stash!! Our competition is so not our competition!
Okay, well his coach is trying to coach him back up something about getting back up when your down but his hooves will be slip slopping in the Kentucky grass! Okay, gotta go...someone's coming!

LOL....Now don't you know it is not good to feed your animals chocolate.. We wouldn't want him to fall over dead before the race. I am thinking with his extra weight he could use it to work his way to the front of the race. Hope there isn't a weight limit...Sounds like your outfit is perfect for the partay...

Ouch - those splits look rather painful. I'm still nursing some muscle pain from coming off the back of C's motorbike last summer - but I got back up .
Love that chocolate and red combo, and the polka dot dress :-).

lol.. super fun horse image and sentiment, Charlene.. awesome colouring.. love his out of the box feet.. the pretty red primas.... It's probably a good idea to feed him grass instead of all those M&M's - he's gotta get down to his best running weight if he's going to try and beat us old Grannies and their steeds... see you on the Track....

OMG, looks as if Guardino is doing the splits! Are you sure he didn't hurt himself and can't race or even get up? Those M&M's have to go. Cute, creative, and fun!!! I love it.
