Apologies for the Christmas card.
A) I think I left my creativity behind when we came back from holidays, and
B), after scraping snow off the car yesterday before I could go out, I felt as much in the mood for getting a head-start on my April CCC cards as anything else.
A2 base, covered with a Basic Grey solid in dark blue.
Next layer is dark blue Bazzill, stamped with Sparkling in Versamark, embossed with gold EP, and edged with a gold leafing pen. Next layer is the blue Bazzill, embossed with the Snowflakes ef and edged with gold. Then a strip of matt metallic gold, embossed with Swiss Dots and with lace trim laid over it. Then the image panel, which is the blue Basic Grey stamped with the deer and snowman from Merry & Bright, matted onto blue Bazzill edged with gold. The snowflakes are stamped with Brilliance Moonlight White. I stamped the deer first with Versafine black, embossed with black EP and coloured with a white pencil and then brown. I masked him before stamping the snowflakes. The image panel is popped up on foam. I added two little metal tree embellishments, and a tiny red gem nose for the deer.

Scraping snow off your car, poor girl. Spring will come! But in the meantime, you're ahead of the pack with your Christmas card stash growing! What do they say about making lemonade out of life's lemons?? : ) Love your card!

Oh, I am sorry for you. This is the first house we actually have a garage and I did see some "scraped off" cars on the way to work yesterday. I sure don't need snow or cold, but your card sure is beautiful. It just sparkles and I love it.
