Hi! This card was made for today's Color Combination Challenge: Durango(rust), Caramel(Hazelnut Tan), and Pink (Great Grandma's Lightest Pink).
I am happy to say that we now have 6 ANGRY cats, one semi-lonely dog and a pyscho tea cup poodle in our little home, now. Pyscho dog went to the groomer today and is prancing around like he's "all that!" Poor Scout didn't want to get in the car today for the trip, so he stayed home with the cats. I'm not sure what happened while we were gone, but the trash can was over-turned, the tablecloth was on the floor, and the catfood was all over the dining room, kitchen and living room floors. Five of the cats were sitting on the buffet and Scout was hiding in the BATHROOM with Speedy the Cat when we got home. Yep, VERY strange....
So, when I saw this challenge posted, I decided since I was having a STRANGE day, I might as well make a STRANGE colored FROG! LOL! I stamped the ferns in Burnt Umber for the background. I stamped the frog in the same color and sponged on Toile Pink, Nude and Cognac to get the color combo all on the frog. I added in a dragonfly brad and a fern charm.
I stamped the greeting from the Sneak Peek Our Side of the Pond into the flourished box from Ferns and Chickadee.
Finished card size: 5 1/4" square
