For my VSN Challenge this weekend - make a Pocket Card.
This one is a Faux Pocket Card, and the directions are:
a) Use an ordinary sized card base, ie: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" (148.5mm x 210mm) and fold in half as usual
b) Cut from the top of the card along the fold line, down about 1 1/4" (about 50mm)
c) Fold this "flap" down
d) Add some DSP or an insert by sticking this to the inside back of your card to create a "faux" insert
e) Decorate card as usual
If the instructions don't make sense, then check out my sample here (My sample to be linked here)
** This idea was provided to me quite a while ago by Michelle (Tillyhead) and I've used it frequently!!!!!!
(The inset photograph shows the card open.)
I would love to know what you think.

this is very pretty! i haven't seen the faux pocket card before. i didn't have a chance to comment before, just read through the challenges and started to race. thanks for a great challenge and for comments.
I am really psyched that this 'technique' is spreading!
