My second-last card for the Flourishes anniversary challenges; this one was to use a frame.
I used a Maya Road chipboard frame, which I covered with several layers of UTEE and then pressed a couple of sheets of Fantasy Film on while the UTEE was still hot. Then I trimmed the excess film off, and added black rhinestones to each point. The peacock was stamped with Versafine black on white card and coloured with H2Os. I cut it out and used foam tape to position him so that he stands on the frame. Stamped the sentiment, and then used Sakura Stardust markers in black and turquoise to draw the borders for a simple finish.
I think this could work both as a birthday or a congratulations card.
