Got tidied up from my marathon marmalade-making session yesterday, made biscuits and dinner, and then found time to make another card using today's great sketch.
I chose Boatloads of Love, which I stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with H2Os, with chalk for the sky. Added Crackle Accents to the main white bit around the deck...distressed edges and layered onto Basic Gray. I am so happy now that they sell the solid colours in multipacks. I was looking for a different paper altogether and found this one my Creative Imaginations, which was perfect. Layered it up onto the Basic Grey, and added gold eyelets to the four corners.
Added a little whale button - and then realised I'd forgotten the horizontal strip, so dug out some magic mesh. I did try putting a couple of shells in the mesh, but took them off again.
TFL.

You're quite the woman: finishing a marathon marmalade yesterday to a card like this. I have always loved this boat image and so had to you decided to go ba ck and add the mesh/whale. They're perfect embellishments.
