I embossed the image with black and painted it with Tombows. I used my white pigment ink pen for the dots. The frame is cut with my nesties and the scallop I did with my scallop scissors. I printed our National Anthem onto white cs...you can find it here. I used my EK Success Fleur De Lis punch for the border. I stamped the sentiments with black Stazon onto white shrink film and shrunk it down with my embossing gun.

Great card - let's hope we hear that anthem played lots of times during the Olympics! Love this very Canadian image - great job on the colouring!
