Hi! I could not resist...I had to do one more card today and I combined the Technique Challenge ~ Brick Wall with todays CAS challenge to use teal. I stamped my rose once in Memento black ink. Then overstamped a bit to the side with versamark. I then embossed with black detail EP. I used BG Blush DP and after I placed my bricks I tore some of the paper and filed it to give it a shabby look. I then went around the edges with teal ink. Popped it up and added a few pearls. Hope you like it and are having a happy Monday!

Love the CAS style and I'm beginning to think teal is my new favorite color! Beautiful card!

Lovely! I tried this technique but I think the image has a lot to do with how it looks in the end...I scrapped mine! Maybe I'll try it again with something tall and floral too.

I like the torn effect. And the staggered effect. I still want to make one more today to try that aspect of it, which hasn't worked for me so far. I like the pearls and the asymmetric matting too.

I love your dark rose silhouetted against the lovely bg. Good idea....the random bricks! You don't have to fool with all those little 1/2 brick pieces!!

Very elegant, but I have to say .... what is so special also is the inside and also the envelope... wow... you make an entire package so wonderfulll .... have you recovered from you Birthday.. you know that you are really a day younger... not a day or year older... because tomorrow you will be older!!!! not yesterday!!!!
Do you get the logic.. the little girl across the street told me that.. so it must be true... LOL...
Hope you had a nice day...
