My best friend lives on Hole-in-the-Wall Road
This is Penny Black's Quite Dandy stamped with black on Basic Grey Perhaps. I stamped over it with Canvas and dusted with chalk. I cut out the single brick where I wanted to stamp the sentiment, to use as a placement guide. After stamping the sentiment I cut the rest out, and used foam tape to build the wall. It's matted on more white, both layers sponged with Antique Linen.
I had fun with this - but now I really MUST do all the dusting and vacuuming.

Oh my gosh - I love this. I had just seen a card in today's CAS gallery using the brick wall technique and had just looked it up and decided to try it. Then I flip to the gallery and here is yours WITHOUT a brick - how wonderfully creative!!

This one is absolutely PERFECT!!! I love that you removed a brick (and they look like real bricks!) and put the little 'hello' in. You rocked it, uh huh!

Leave it to you to think of putting the sentiment where a brick would go. Delightful!! Making cards is so much more fun than vacuuming or dusting!! TFS!!
