Well, anyone who knows me truly knows that I cannot pass up a chance to make a butterfly card. So here's my third card for today's IC featuring Design Spirit Studio. I love the butterfly bracelet here: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ttt_id_5265761.
I incorporated metallics because I usually need something shimmery on a card. Can't have enough shimmer, now can you?!
The base is Curious Metallics Bronze on which sets a metallic gold bugged with the Fleur de Lis folder. The panel atop that was made by stamping Print Pattern in Galaxy gold on gloss white stock; when dry I sponged over that with Close to Cocoa. The butterfly set was a gift from Peggy-Sue, thanks PS! The b'fly is gold embossed on bronze, added antenae and a message.
Hope you like it and thanks for looking! Thanks again, Stef!

Beautiful golds M! Love the monochromatic and the argyle. What an inspiration for the heart, love the butterfly's position, looks like he set to fly away. TFS mon amie.

Love how you did the Print Pattern layer - and it goes so well with the embossing underneath. I like those little curly antennae too. Seems to me this would be quite a good masculine card, butterfly or not.
