Measurements: Image panel - 4 1/4" x 3" plus 1/16" border, under panels 1 1/2" x 3 1/4" plus 1/16" border, 1/2" of the snowflakes are showing beyond the black border
-Stamp on the tree line image using a stamp positioner.
- Stamp the tree line image on scrap paper and cut the land away from the sky to use as a mask; both of these pieces will be used.
-Sponge on the sky area starting with yellow at the horizon then added the orange but staying below the yellow. Add the blue sponging darker at the top.
-Switch the mask to cover the sky area and add a little blue to the snow.
-Stamp on the evergreen tree to the left and the deciduous trees to the right, then the deer.
-For the deer image I did not ink up the entire grass portion. I also used a marker to ink up just the top of the grass and add a trail behind the deer, that took about three stampings and the stamp positioner really came in handy for this step.
-Add the sentiment and the image panel is done.
-The snowflakes are two full sized Martha Stewart punches that I tucked under the panel and glued into place. Then I added a Cuttlebug die cut snowflake on the top and a star to top it off. To keep that top flake even on the card I cut a tiny strip of the white cardstock and glued it to the black border before gluing down the snowflake.
-Direct to paper was done on the navy panels using the white ink after stamping the weave image. The blue panel is stamped with linen using the blue ink.
