Here is a group of Tic Tac Holders I made to send to my husband and some of his fellow troops as they spend Halloween overseas. I used different flat back Jesse James embellishments that I purchased years ago to adorn the outside.

There really is not a tutorial for it. Take a 4 5/8" x 3" piece of cardstock and score at 2" & 2 5/8". I meant to round off the ends with a small corner rounder, but forgot to do so. I placed the ribbon between the base and DP to secure it in place before tying. Enjoy!
