I started with my nestie and worked from there. I used white and ruby red as a mat.
I sponged, barely banana, then apricot appeal, then so saffron, then more mustard, then crushed curry, then pumpkin pie. After I was happy with the look, I took my black ink and stamped the tree from Thoughts and prayers, then stamped the birds from Eastern Influence.
I knew I had raffia somewhere, so I went in search of, after moving several things, and going thru old storage containers for my stamping stuff, I finally found it! Yeah! I had 3 colors, beige, green, and maroon, I tried all three separate, then together. I liked the maroon the best.
Then I chose my card base, I went with close to cocoa, I had a hard time deciding, my son finally gave me this color as the best of the three. I knew it would be a boring card if I didn't add something, so I added a black strip, then tilted my main image. I hope you like it.
