This is for today's TREEHOUSE THURSDAY CHALLENGE # 016 - Masking. I love to use Masking when creating something. I just love the 3D look that masking and dimensionals give to a card or project. For this Fall card I used a sketch I found on CLEAN AND SIMPLE STAMPING BLOG. I just love this layout. Also for this card I used a set from TREEHOUSE STAMPS called Happy Fall Y'all. Ashley is still recovering from her traumatic labor and delivery but new sets are on the way so until then I used one from last year. I just love this darling set and when I 1st got it I called Ashley and ragged her about the Y'all. See she thinks she is supposed to be a Northerner. Nah. She talks just like one of us Southern folk from below the gnat line. TeeHee.
Anyway my barn image was stamped in black brilliance on white cs then on paper. I then stamped a couple of pumpkins on the CS around the barn and then on paper. The paper images were cut out to be used as mask. I then continued stamping the pumpkin in various places. I wanted the barn to be seen but a pile of pumpkins in front of it. That little tractor is just too cute to leave out. I also stamped on cs, colored, cut out and popped up 3 pumpkins. My dp is from a stack I also got from Treehouse Stamps. All images were colored with copics. Come play along and be sure to include THT016 in your keyword when you upload.
