I could not resist the opportunity to show you this card that my Mother Lesley has made, it is her first card - hard to believe I know! I have to add that Mum is no stranger to art, she is very accomplished in her own right - cardmaking is new to her - what do you think!?! Mum agrees with my sister Debbie that a Cuttlebug it is a necessary tool for every cardmaker - look out New Zealand...they will be hunting for one when she gets home!
Thank you for looking - please leave this 'budding' stamper an encouraging comment - you would make her day!!

Wow Linda, I can see where you get your talent!!! I agree that a Cuttlebug is one of life's necessities and a good card maker cannot live without one! I especially like how it is applied here. And of course, the perfect enhancement is the piercing in the corners. Being one of my favorite images doesn't impact my opinion at all but I do so love the color choices too. All in all, a perfect card! Good on ya Lesley. Also just have to add that my sweet nephew will be leaving for New Zealand tomorrow for a year! Take good care of him he's extra special to us.

What a lovely card and I agree that a cuttlebug is definitely a necessary piece of equipment!!! Beautiful colours and love the image in the Label 4 die (Linda you have to tell her that she doesn't HAVE to sponge!!! LOL!!!) Seriously, this is such a fabulous card especially for a beginner!!
