Thought I wouldn't be able to make it to the tea party today... went to the Stamping & Scrapbooking Room in Greensboro, NC... Owners Betty & Eric have everything you can imagine - All of the new Spellbinders!!!! All of the Just Rite Stamps.... All of the new Magnolias... all the copics... if they make it, Eric & Betty have it! And did I come home with a ton of stuff... yes, I did!!! And that would be such a fun trip for Anne Ryan, who lives close to me, and Dawn (flowergal36) and Carla (Cmsuto)... how about it girls? I would love to meet all of you!!!
When I saw we were heading to Africa for the tea party, I knew it was going to be HOT, so I called my friend Mumble - you know, from Happy Feet.. yep, he's one of my best friends! Anyway, Mumble agreed to accompany me - IF I furnished LOTS of ice! So never fear - there will be cool ice on hand... and Mumble has agreed to dance for us... that's his specialty you know. As you can see, I didn't spend a lot of time on this card, (busy packing for the African trip) just used a music CB EF... layered on black, layered on white; images are cut with Label 4 Nesties... added photo corners & brads... Added the guitar because we're heading to a Rock Concert!!! Join us at the tea party http://www.mothermark.blogspot.com

Cute, cute, cute! Love that little penquin. He'll have some of his penguin friends to dance with at the concert! So glad you had time to play! And, you can come in the front door, but I hear the fun action is around back!

How neat, love the frames you used and the little penguie guy so sweet. He is going to be the life of the party alright. Cooling us off what a good idea. It get's very hot in the jungle, and I don't know about jumping in a lake or swamp to cool down. I'll just watch somebody else do it first. LOl
Beautiful card and lovely that you found a place that has it all. I am afraid I would brankrupt the family if there was such a store around my area, though I suspect we have a few, as in hundreds, but I keep close to home so I won't be tempted. LOL

Hey, you have the same musical tatoo on your card as Bertie's penquin! I love the layout of this.....who'd a thunk we would be visiting Africa while in the midst of providing tatooed penquins ice! I can't wait to see Mumble to some dancin', hopefully Mumble won't take a tumble like Mick Jagger recently did! Yikes! Stripes!

Oh your card is adorable. What a great combination and a really cute card. I really like that CB background - never realized i needed it till now, but thinking I gotta have it. And your penguin is just slapping his happy feet , I can hear the beat.
