I made this for a friend that is working in Baghdad, IRAQ. We worked together a couple yrs ago and he was always there for me if I ever needed him. His birthday card will be late as I always forget how long it takes to get the mail there from here.
I hope he has a great birthday no matter and that he is safe.
I used twill ribbon for the curtains, punched the white cardstock for the window pane, cut a hole for the window and mounted the stamped image on the back of the wallpaper, colored with Copics, added diamond stars, and googlie eyes, base card is Night of Navy, inside reads "Whoo is Wishing You a Happy Birthday? Me that's Whoo...

Ai yi yi Judy! Is this the week-long card? I LOVE IT! Those drapes are fabo, and I love those googlie eyes too! I remember this stamp, maybe next time I will have to make some copies! Love this night view window Judy. Clever idea with the ribbons, never thought of that, but hey, I'm not the clever one here. LOL Beautiful card my sweet friend. TFS Forgot to mention how i love those googly eyes too.
