Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Stop swatting. Stay very still and you won't get stung.
Hey, not that still. You have to go check out the Teapot challenge this week on Cindy's glob. You'll see what I'm talking about. There's a lot of buzzin' going on!
Well, I didn't stamp my bee and I didn't draw it, but I did photograph it. The bee is visiting some Gooseneck (that also looks like a teapot spout if you ask me) and the red flower you see is..... wait for it..... bee balm. I've heard they make tea out of this plant, but I've never had it. I can tell you that it smells delicious and the bees and hummingbirds love it.
Okay, gotta go catch up with the gals at the party - visit the gallery at MMTPT59

This is a great picture and the colors are so vivid. I love all your extras like the little bee button and your ribbon. Very good job!

A teapot spout flower, bee balm and a beautiful photograph all in one. You certainly know how to meet a challenge. The red card sets off the vivid colors of the picture so well. We will have to have tea in your garden some day.

Wow, Lorraine, that is just FANTASTIC. I love it. I am sure I recognise the bee balm, though I think we call it something else. The white flower - I'll have to look it up. And that little bee button is the cutest. I definitely prefer this of your two cards, but then I like using photos... and seeing them. I really love the way you've cut round the sentiment so it trails off the oval, too.

Lorraine, girlfriend your card is amazing. Is this a photo you took in your garden? I love how you captured this little bee. I'll admit I am not much of a gardener, but I have never heard or seen these flowers. I love the richness of the bee balm's color. The black and white gingham ribbon and the little bee embellishment are great embellishments that don't detract from your wonderful photograph.
