It looked too hard, so I picked three others to consider. I just kept thinking about this card though so I decided to try it. I kept the layout, but changed the sentiment, didn't do scallops around the edges, and used all roses.
I am sorry I cut off part of the card on the picture - when I looked at it on my camera it showed the whole thing.

Gasp!! The roses and that beautifully inspiring sentiment are truly fabulous! The wreath of roses are so perfectly cut out and arranged, this must have taken such a long time but it was well worth the hard work, it is spectacular. Breathtaking!
