I had such fun looking through this fabulous gallery! I wanted to case every single card! No surprise that a lot of these cards were already in my favorites. Here's the card I chose as a jumping off point: FS107 On My Mind by sleepyinseattle at Splitcoaststampers I saw this cute little girl and immediately thought of my little sugar nellie. I love my Sugar Nellies but have trouble getting a good image. Anyone who has a suggestion that will help, I'm all ears. I paper pieced her clothes and watercolored her hat, hair, skin and book. I used the bella toile background and broke open my crocheted flowers that were too expensive to use! LOL

Those Sugar Nellie stamps are just as sweet as can be. I love this one, she is really precious! The paper pieced overalls are so beautiful, what a lovely and perfect touch.
Thanks for playing today and for your kind comments!
