This is for the Inspiration Challenge spurred by the Heavenly Hostess website. Fantastic inspiration site, Stef, thanks! I selected this red polka dot apron as my inspiration: http://www.heavenlyhostess.com/aprons_minnie.html.
Ms. Anne of Ryan is not only the queen of social networking, but she is a real estate broker extraordinaire Â… hi Anne!
This is Anne slowing down long enough to sip a nice cup of celebration tea in front of one of the most recent home she sold to some folks lucky enough to get to work with her. SheÂ’s probably thinking that the first thing the new owners need to do is hire a yard maintenance crew to cut that unruly lawn!
DonÂ’t you think Anne looks oh so lovely as a blonde with green eyeshadow? WeÂ’ll see if sheÂ’s taken with this new look Â… mayhaps weÂ’ll see a new avatar for Anne after she sees this. :-)
Also, Wannabedetective and Brat Â… please note that Anne is sporting a ruby ring today to match her lovely outfit. No misappropriated diamond ring in this scene!
I made this card last weekend when I also discovered the Dare to Get Dirty challenges and decided to combine them with the IC. I do believe this qualifies for kittie747Â’s Scene Challenge (although probably not what Kitty had in mind!). I believe it also qualifies for DeborahLynneSÂ’s challenge to add texture, Blondie090277Â’s challenge to do paper tole, DTGD09Becca-Stamps to cut it out, and finally, I believe it qualifies for LaralyÂ’s challenge to add ribbon or fiber. I couldnÂ’t possibly make a card for Anne without including ribbon, now could I?!!!
Creating scenes is definitely not my forte, but it sure was fun to make this card! I hope you at least get a giggle out of it. Thanks for looking and have a wonderful day!

Well, my stars, as my grandmother would say, this is one fabulous SCENE - and I recognized Anne Ryan immediately!!!! It looks like that stomach staple has worked rather well!! I do believe you have captured the absoute essence of Anne in every way shape and form!!! Are you certain this is not a photograph of Anne and her goings on - such as the ones I feature in my gallery!!
I am agog M!!! This is out of this world!! I am certain our dear friend Anne will be delighted to once again to be featured in a gallery on SCS!!!
I do think that green eyeshadow is especially flattering!! Amazingly so - and I do envy Anne her ladybug fur jacket!! She is styling indeed!! I am so glad that she's been able to get a non missapropriated pink stone for her new ring....
I love how you've caught the black outfit that Anne shows in her avatar. Oh my M - this is fabuluous!!
Anne is certain to be delighted with this likeness of her at work!!

Yep, I see the red lipstick. This is for sure our sweet, caring Annie Jo. Looking fabulous as usual. I am so glad she is finally selling some houses. I need her to keep working so I can rent a room from her in case I don't find a job soon. Great scene Emily. I am not sure what you are talking about. You have made a GREAT scene with our friend working and drinking......tea!! Love the flower boxes. tfs.

Yep, that's our Anne! I could tell by the knobby knees here. Plus that red lipstick is a sure give away.
So, this is what a real estate broker extraordinaire looks like IRL. Mighty fancy I must admit. Such a lovely ruby ring to match her outfit too. What a fine house, but I do believe she should have at least had that lawn groomed before selling it! She could have set her cup of tea down an ran a mower over it. Unless of course, that isn't tea at all! One will never know.
Well she is one hot agent in her red dotted jacket with the green eye shadow. This lady sure knows how to dress.
Miss M, you captured our friend perfectly here. Your card is LOL funny. If I didn't know better, I would have thought Anne made this herself! It has a touch of the Anne elegance to it. Must be the ribbon. I just love this! TFS :0)

Well, if you were looking for giggles, mission accomplished!!! I giggled when I saw the card, when I read your description, and again when I read the comments above mine from SCSers who are closest to Anne and know her best! I'm beginning to suspect there is much more to Miss Anne than meets the eye!! She alwsys leaves such sweet comments in the gallery, but perhaps this isn't the real Anne?? Hmmm.....
Love your card!! The scene is just adorable! I can just imagine how much fun you had creating this! Thanks so much for sharing it...glad you finally got it uploaded for all of us to see!!

Oh my gosh, someone is gonna get it! One of Anne's buds called this card to my attention...maybe a detective type person. I tell you that I don't know Anne Ryan except through her cards but it seems to me she needs an eye lift. Forget the green eye shadow. Maybe the girls could start taking up a collection for this surgery before it is too, too late. And, those legs...wonder if there are varicose veins on those little sticks. LOL Forgive me, Anne. Stamp Muse, you have really worked up a fun card!!!

OMG M, this is SO FABULOUS!!! You should get an award for this one girl. That scene you came up with and our Queen Anne at center stage is just beyond words. First, I'll compliment your work, then I'll get into the nitty gritty about our dear precious Queen!! How on earth did you do this card???? I mean look at all those details - girl, Anne may be the Queen, but you're definitely next in line, but I'm sure Debzi thinks she is next in line!!! LOL!!! I do note a few changes in Anne over time. Debzi had her with old lady blue hair, I gave her streaky brown hair and now she's turned YELLOW on us!!! Do you think the Betty Ford Clinic is allowing them to have their hair colored while imprisoned there or maybe it's just a wig. And, I have never seen that sparkling ruby ring before - she probably stole it from somebody in the Clinic. She better sell those houses to pay her legal fees when she's caught!! And, that green eye shadow - hmmm.....must be her new disguised look!!! New hair, new eye shadow, new ring, new ladybug attire - Me thinks it may be just that - a disguise - but, tell our royal Ms. Anne that if she wants to be in disguise it's probably NOT a good idea to stand in front of a house that has her name on the SOLD sign - that single digit IQ gets her every time!!! LOL!! Thanks for so much fun M - I truly enjoyed this!!! Can't wait till Anne sees it!!! TFS!!!

Uh-oh, I don't see Anne's comments yet. That must mean she hasn't see it. I will be checking back until the shoe drops. M, you have outdone yourself with this one. All are chuckling after reading your description as well as the responses of everyone. You started it now.....

Dahling, here I am sitting with my laptop watching life in prison on TV, just minding my own business and making sure not to ruffle any more feathers! And what do I come upon? This ... this is a house you think I would waste my time trying to sell. Dahling, let me assure you these are not the kinds of homes I sell. I believe you might recognize the word "luxury"? I only sell luxury or executive style homes in shall I say, uppercrust neighbors here in lumberjack country. No offense to all y'all's NC natives, but I'm a metro girl, and I'm still struggling with this whole country thing over here in good ole Wake Forest. Anyway, dahling, I accept this card in jest knowing fully well you have no idea the caliber of my clientele.
I have to tell you Divine Ms M, I was totally surprised by this one. This does seem to be outside your comfort zone, but let me assure you ~ you can do scenes with the best of them, girl. this is so perfectly adorable. I feel so totally honored that you would have taken the time to craft something so perfectly me. How fabulous and how very flattered I feel to have this card in your gallery.
Your heart is so big, Divine Ms M. You'd be a hard act to follow, this much I know. Plus, you're a class act to boot!
I love this card; everything is so wonderfully fun and brilliantly executed. Thank you so much for doing this. You're the bestest, if I havent already said that.
FYI, I will be going back to blonde. Yes, It's been awhile since I've been ash blonde, so my stylist is well prepared to turn that brown back into blonde. I actually dont think I'll upload a new photo though. I think I'd be a little embarrassed, to be perfectly honest.
Thanks so much, my sweet friend. this is such a precious card! Huge hugs. Anne
