Haha, don't you think Unity & me would be a great pair? So this card is for my sister's anniversary, as well as the Unity August Guest Designer Challenge:
1 stamp: Pear from July Kit of the Month
2 patterned papers: the stripes and the pear paper
3 embellies: ribbon, "perfect" rubons and "pair" metal letters.
And also for the limited supply challenge:
PTI's Plum Pudding for the card base
SU's Pale Plum and Old Olive
I stamped the pear onto the Cottage Wall dp, colored the leaves and accents with a prismacolor pencil, and added a plum pudding heart to the center of each accent. Mounted them onto PTI Soft Stone, then onto a scalloped oval. On each scallop, I adhered a small pale plum heart. I used the Martha Stewart Valentines border punch to cut out the hearts, then ran them through the xyron. I think I use that punch for these tiny hearts more than I use it to make a scalloped border!
I used American Craft Molly rubons in charcoal to spell out "perfect", and adhered the metal letters using the xyron. Added a ribbon as the final touch.
