I'm glad I got to play tonight for the inspiration challenge. Thanks for posting early. We were to choose from the Bellacor Vases website and this is my inspiration vase: http://www.bellacor.com/productdetail/400856.htm
I hand drew the shape that looks a little bit like the vase onto more mustard cs with scissors. I used the CB distressed stripes folder on the top, sponged with Baroque Burgundy ink, wrapped a burgundy wire around it and tied a gold leaf charm. I stamped the Kokopelli image with versa mark, used burgundy embossing powder, then used the heat gun. I also hand drew the crooked lines with a versa mark pen and again used the burgundy embossing powder and used the heat gun. I sponged all over the card with Baroque Burgundy ink.
This was my 3rd attempt, not sure if I like this or not.

Holy Moly! Connie, I think you hit the IC on the spot. You did great with creating the vase. Love how you embossed the images. Great job!

You may be unsure about this card but I think it's FANTASTIC!! GREAT job of drawing, mixing textures and picking out stamps and embellishments that go together sooooo well! It looks very realistic; it's a piece of art!
