Three things to say:
1) thanks!! I have had fun with this flip flop stamp, and two smaller ones just like it that I've used on shrink plastic (with beads where this ribbon is) to make earrings. Given many friends the earrings.... they are a real hit! I wanted to get in on the "flip flop craze" before it ends!
2) Radiant Pearls
and....
3) RADIANT PEARLS!!
If you've never used these paints, they are wonderful... you should look for them in your local specialty stamp store and get a few colors. I believe they are the precursor to the Twinkling H2O's (I like those too, although, I haven't experimented all that much with them.). I've had my R/P's for years now. Some people don't like them because they take a bit longer (than watercolors) to dry, and they don't dry on glossy c/s or plastic. You have to make sure you blot your embossed work as you paint with them, because it doesn't dry on the embossed part of the image, and it's easy to smear colors. They come in an endless supply of colors, and can be mixed together to create different colors. They can be embossed with clear embossing powder for a 'glazed ceramic' look (the crock in my avatar is embossed R/P's). I use them a lot, they make any project SPARKLE!
