I saw this technique in a stamping magazine. I changed the colors a bit and used a different stamp set. It went over really well with my monthly stamp group. White gel pen really makes it pop.

I don't know what the technique is called. It was a card in an advertisement for Adirondack pigment inks on page 19 of the June/July 2008 Stamper's Sampler. It didn't say what exactly they used for their card. I just stamped in black ink on brightly colored paper and filled in sections with a white gel pen to make them pop. Depending on the detail in the stamp it was quick and easy. I also varied the layout a bit due to the size of my stamps. Glad you enjoyed it.
