I did a tri-fold card that I will use to send pics of my kids to the family.
Colors used: almost amethyst, barely banana, and US White for Cardstock
Inks: bliss blue, rose romance, cameo coral, blush blossom, sage shadow, almost amethyst, basic black
Sets: Watercolor minis, elegant beginnings, and just journaling.
To cut the card stock for this card, cut your cardstock in half the long way (4 1/4 x 11). Then score at 3 1/4 and 6 1/2 . Then the front layer, your barely banana will be 3 x 4 and your white layer will be 2 3/4 x 3 3/4. Stamp the design you want for your front and put that part together. For your picture part on the second fold.... 3 x 4 piece and then I used a pocket punch to hold the picture so that it is removable....Then on the 3rd fold, you stamp the lines for journaling-I plan to write the kids ages and when the picture was taken and all that stuff. And there you go!
hugs and enjoy,
Teresa "aka" Reese
