I used the weathered texture plate to create texture on both of these fences. I rubbed a Going Grey inkpad on the texture plate for the fence on the right. Hint: You need to re-ink between ‘texturizings’.
The card on the left shows an intermediate step to how I line up the fence posts before I trim them.
Edit: The leaves are cut from a SU Little Leaves Sizzlits die.

Wow the fence really looks real and weathered! What did you use to make the leaves? Is that a punch or a die? I've been looking for something like that.

Wow, Kathleen these are great! What a fantastic idea to use that texture plate... I think I might even have one or something similar. SU's new woodgrain background stamp would be awesome too! I'm so glad you found inspiration in something I've done! Thanks for the mention!

very creative..nicely done...I just discovered this site. SCS is having troubles with a new server and I am having troubles uploading my cards in there for 2 day's so I put this one in here..love your card..great job on the fence.
