The card stock was cut to 10" x 5" and scored at 2.5" on each side.
I used clear EP on the balloons and the present, and stickles on the present, hat and background DP. The DP already had glitter, I just added some more.
Accessories: Scallop and circle punch, ribbon, rick rack, Stickles, Clear EP, Dew Drop Versa Magic - Hydrangea, Mat Pack punch, paper flowers, dimensionals

This is absolutely adorable!! Fabulous colors, lots of great detail. So much sparkle!! Love the rick-rack and the ribbon, and that kitty image is so sweet!! Super job with this impressive-looking card. I love it!!

I love the shadowing that you did on the image~the coloring is perfect! This is such a sweet card and I think that I'm going to have to get the stamp and borrow your idea!
