I really love this Inkadinkado birds galore set - I use it at least once a week! This guy is stamped with Adirondack sailboat blue, and then I masked him with an oval & sponged the rest of the card in the same ink. Then I used a Hero Arts leaf frond & a wordsworth leaf stem to stamp a pattern overtop. The 'birthday wishes' is another Inkadinkado stamp, punched with a 1.5" circle punch, and some fibres adhered to the back as a sort-of mat. The sentiment circle is popped up for dimension

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! What a fantastic card for anyone. I love the 'almost' one layer too. I haven't tried this, but it seems like a a fairly easy card if someone wanted to mass-produce... for a group like "Cards4Heros" using any stentiment that would fit your punch.
