I can't believe my bad luck on SCS lately. My card yesterday was deleted/erased for some unknown reason and I had finished all of this one and my browser shut down after all that work. I'll try again, but lucky for you, you will get the short version.
I based this card on the Divine Diva Inspirational Challenge #6 seen here:
The sketch seemed to fit perfectly for what I wanted to do with the inspiration room. I kept open white space to represent the fireplace and scored 3 lines using my score pal toward the top (which you probably can't see# to represent the lines in the fireplace. I then mixed around the card the colors of kiwi kiss, riding hood red, black and some Candy Lane dsp. I used a double ribbon treatment to pick up a little more of the kiwi kiss. I really enjoyed doing this card. Why don't you check out the Divine Diva's Inspirational Challenges? I think their next new one will start 7/3/09.
I'd write more, but doing this twice takes all the fun out of it!!! LOL or LOC #lots of crying)!
Thanks so much for taking the time to look and if you have a chance, let me know what you think! Have a great weekend!

Wow, another stunning creation! I love all the details you have, but yet the card still seems clean. Using that embossed flower border just puts it over the top!

Beautiful as always... Love the double bow and what a wonderful job on this sketch...you have an incredibly creative streak in you! Funny, Kiwi has not been a colour I have liked on its own, but paired with the Red I think it looks just great... Keep 'em coming my "Rubber Room Madness Fan"... Have a wonderful day!
