Okay, this is Pam's Picture Pick Inspiration Piece. I know, you've never heard of it, right? That's because I made it up based upon a really cute summer capri outfit given to me by my son's tutor. She couldn't fit into it and gave it to me to my delight, but then I couldn't fit into it either!! That was a bummer. But, I liked the outfit so much, I made her a card based on it. Liked the colors better on the outfit than on the card, but I did the best I could do with those 2 colors!
Since my son's tutor currently lives on a boat and floats around on vacation all summer long, I thought I would make this card for her to remind of her of that outfit that neither of us can wear. I made it into a TU card to thank her for the gifts she gave my son before she left and to thank her for the outfit that doesn't fit!!!! LOL!!!
I made the paper myself using the Seaside Stamp set with white embossing powder, ran it through the cb with the mesh ef to give it kind of like dots for water (at least that's what I'm going with) and it looks just like the outfit. I then stamped the seashell on white with blue, ran it thru the cb with the swiss dots ef, added a thank you, some dazzling diamonds, silver pearls and a fish charm! I hope she likes it! I noticed that I've been making a lot of blue cards lately, so it's time to bring in a new color!!
Thanks for listening to my rambling on and on and taking the time to look. If you have a chance, let me know what you think.

Rambling? I would hardly call this story rambling. You want to see/read rambling, go my gallery. How funny: you get a saweet summer outfit because your son's tutor cant fit into it, and then you can fit into it either. Oh, what a bummer, girl. I feel your pain. I love what you've done today. I'm beginning to see where your niche is: sophisticated and details. You know they say, the devil is in the details, girl. Just kidding. I just love those colors, the cb folder and the sweet shell. Hey, way to go with the photo backdrop, too.
You're on top of your game, girl.

Great summer colours. I'm sure your son's tutor will love it. Great fishy charm over the shell and a wonderful blue for the ocean. Well done.

Rambling? Not by the standards of the write-ups I do, LOL. I always like sea-themed cards, and your story reminds me of an exhibition we went to in Paris about how navy uniforms influenced fashion. The little fish charm is the perfect touch - I'm so bad at using charms.
And looking through your gallery, I love the way you stage your photos.

Pam, this is beautiful! The embossing adds such lovely texture to your fabu self-created dp. That charm is wonderful, too. I'm sure your son's tutor was thrilled to receive this thoughtful, creative work of yours! Your staging is delightful, too! Well done, girlfriend! It's so summery and fresh!

Oh, I'm sure the tutor will love this card. I really like the mesh folder you used and the seashell is gorgeous. I'm loving your blue and white cards. Pam, that is a bummer about the outfit not working.
