I looked at the challenge yesterday and thought I had it in my mind. I mean, just how hard is it for this week's challenge...a white single layer card!! Well, instead of using White I used Ivory ... duh!!! So, not sure if this can be accepted, I am uploading it to my gallery anyway.
This is a one layer card using embossing, ribbon and a set of 2-step stamps. The ribbon is retired SU ribbon. It is Pretty in Pink and frilly looking which I thought went well with the Textile EF. I used P.I.Pink, Rose Red and Always Artichoke inks stamping 2nd generation a couple of times.
This card opens longwise. Thought it was a different take on the usual card openings.
Comments for the stupid are welcomed, ha!! No, really ...

Your card is absolutely gorgeous! I saw it immediately on the front of the gallery. Been there and done that on the challenges. Last week I did one and thought I was doing fine and found out later it was supposed to be a summer card. Was mine summer?? NO!!!!!
