I tried to do this technique based on Stampin'_Kiwi's description over the phone. I don't know that it came out right but it look pretty neat nonetheless

Thank you. I don't know where the technique comes from or even if I did it properly but this is how I made it. Use glossy cardstock and completely cover it with one of the bright stazon inks. Then you take regular white glue and spread it all over the paper. Using a stipple brush then stipple your pearl ex into the glue and then heat with your heating tool. I just made sure that I got a ton of pearl ex on my stipple brush so that I didn't need to re-dip it and then made sure that the pearl ex was really stippled into the glue. When you heat it the glue bubbles as it dries. Stampin'_Kiwi mentioned that it made a great background and there does seem to be too much texture to actually stamp on the cardstock after you are done
