The WT challenge is to use black and it is one of my favorites for borders and embellishments.
The LSC is to create a border...bonus points if it's with flowers.
-On glossy paper I stamped the flower image with VersaMark then moved the positioner and inked up with black and VM to stamp a second time, then heat embossed with clear powder. I didnÂ’t get the effect of white I was looking for but was happy to use the panel anyway.
-Sponging was done on the image panel after masking with a torn sticky note. I reversed the torn pieces after sponging on the sky to do the ground. I always do the lightest color first so it doesnÂ’t pick up the color and darken the wrong area. When doing the ground I sponge on brown move the sticky note about a quarter inch to the bottom and sponge on more brown to add depth in the landscape.
-The background was stamped with the backgrounder and then sponged with pumpkin.
-Then the flowers were randomly stamped.
jojot sent me some very nice olive ribbons and IÂ’m putting some of it to use here, thanks Joanne!
