 | | The technique this week is rolled marbles, you can find it here.
This is always a fun technique and I tried something a little different for my silhouette’s background by tearing a piece of paper and masking off the sky to add green for the ground then reverse the mask to add the blue for the sky area. Lots of fun and I like the results!
I use a pencil box for my rolling and put the marbles in the box as it’s tipped and touch each one with a drop of liquid ink, close the box and roll, repeated the process until I was happy with the colors. I cleaned the marbles and box between the green and blue applications.
I then randomly stamped on the silhouettes, added the brads and sentiment oval and it’s ready to assemble once the backgrounder is stamped on the green base.
