 | | This week's sketch challenge on SCS was to create using a large stamp image. I immediately reached for my favorite floral image. I have tried and tried to grow coneflowers in my garden as they are my faves too. They thrive in the plains and woodlands, but alas our SO CAL heat plays beasties on the delicate petals! I guess I'll need to enjoy my card for a while before gifting it. We DO gift our cards, right????? lol
I used the direct marker to rubber technique and lightly misted the ink before stamping. The image panel is popped up with dimensionals. I created and added a bold ribbon butterfly for a touch of whimsey. These SU grommets are a MUST HAVE!
Thanx for taking a peek! Please play the challenge so I can view and comment on your creation too! |
