I started with a Kraft card base and layered on some scrap Urban Garden dp. The seam is hidden with Kraft Taffeta ribbon. I stamped the image with Not Quite Navy ink onto Whisper White and punched it out with my 1 3/4" Circle Punch. It's layered on a 2" Not Quite Navy circle that was cut with my Circle Scissor Plus. I added the button and adhered it to the card with Dimensionals.
