I love creating ATC's! Thanks for the challenge today! I adhered dsp to a regular playing card with mod podge. Then stamped the flowers and the bird and sponged the edges with Chocolate Chip. Once that dried, I added the strip of flowers and the word and painted another layer of mod podge. Then added the butterfly and pearls! TFL!
ETA: Not chocolate chip! Memento brown! oops!
The dsp is SU! both sides of same sheet. And mod podge is all that I used!

Great idea to use a playing card for your base!! This almost looks like a formica tile with the Mod Podge layer. I'd love to see your supply list for this. What kind of ink did you use?
