This card is not as hard as it looks, but it does take a lot of measuring to get it just right.
To make the main center white medallion, cut a white square 7 x 7 cm. Flip over your scallop edge punch and punch one set of scallops in the middle along the edge (so that it's centered). Do the same on the other 3 edges.
To make the pink scallop square on top of the white medallion, I made a square of pink paper 6.7 x 6.7 cm and scallop punched the 4 edges. Again flip your scallop edge punch over to do this, so that you get 4 corners to look the same.
To make the red scallop square that will be attached behind the white medallion, I made a slightly larger square with red paper 7.43 x 7.4 cm, then scallop punched the 4 edges.
To make the very center, I just used a square of red paper 4.4 x 4.4 cm and a white square 4.1 cm x 4.1 cm and decorated them with the hearts.
To make the red rim around the scallop medallion, I pasted the medallion on a red square 7.4 x 7.4 cm.
To make the white scallop edge around the whole thing, I used a white square about 10.5 x 10.5 cm.
The pink background is 10.8 cm x 10.8 cm square. I just poked holes along the edges with the tip of a sewing pin, but you could use an SU! Mat Pack.
I then glued the pink square to a white mat 10.5 x 10.5 cm and glued the whole thing to the card, which was a piece of paper 12 x 24 cm folded in half.
I first saw this card on Laurie's blog. See 2 of her lovely cards here:
