This is my card for today's Featured Stamper challenge. Barb, you have the most awesome gallery! Not only do you have so many wonderful cards but wonderful projects as well! This is the card of Barb's that I cased:
1. I absolutely loved Barb's screen name! What a kick! And you must admit it really makes sense to alot of us.
2. I actually think Barb is in Stage 6 of The Ten Stages of Stamping Obesession. She's lucky, she named herself that so she will probably remain there. Alot of us have moved on.
3. The Ten Stages of Stamping Obsession:
Stage 1 - Just a nice thing to do! (something simple to make for a friend)
Stage 2 - It's kinda fun! (something you find enjoyable!)
Stage 3 - It's REALLY FUN! (something you begin to think about quite often!)
Stage 4 - Discovering Splitcoast Stampers! (no explanation needed!)
Stage 5 - Stampfilled Day Dreams! (never-ending during the day!)
Stage 6 - Stampfilled Dreams! (occassional night-time dreams suddeningly awaking you!)
Stage 7 - Stampfilled Dreams Level 2! (continual night-time dreams suddeningly awaking you and causing you to get up and stamp all night!)
Stage 8 - Stampfilled Heart, Head, Body & Soul (Seemingly unaware of your family's needs and household chores!)
Stage 9 - Borderline Hopelessly Addicted (Guilt free unawareness of your family's needs and household chores!)
Stage 10 - Hopelessly Addicted (Sudden urges to recruit family members and friends into stamping so they won't see the need to intervene!)
If you read this and leave a comment, I would seriously like to know what stage you are in. I will let you know if I disagree! Snort!
Congratulations Barb! You are so talented and deserving! And you are a lucky duck being stuck on Stage 6!
Thank you Cammie for these fun stamps!

Stage 9---although since I am single there are no family members to complain----but boy that laundry will get you when you need something to wear to work!
This card and the descriptions are a real hoot!

Cute little scene, Mothermark. Lov all the fluffy clouds and the 3D texture to the design.
I believe I am a 10 er. My supporting evidence is that I am buying my BGF stamping supplies whether she wants them or not in hopes of causing an addiction. And I bat my eyes at DH alot, requesting him to address cards, take them to the P.O. for mailing, etc. He just bought me a lapdesk for my puter so that I could be on SCS in bed at night. What a sweetie to be so observant to my *needs*!

Totally love your card. At stage 10 I started my own stamp group (15 ladies) coming to my house! I am now at stage 11..Totally Consumed! My family has given up..intervention did not work and they have become my supplier. They now keep a steady flow of paper, glitter and toys coming. Ahhh... life is beautiful...but I don't think this is the last stage!! I have not hit overload yet!!

Cindy, what a cute card...love that stamp, can I *borrow it?* Snort!! This is too adorably fitting and the cloud with the sign sends it into dreamland for me, as in, I know in my best stamping dreams this is too far-reaching for my level!!
My level of addiction...why it's just a notch past one, and don't tell my family any differently...!

Love your totally awesome card!!
I am in the 10 category at this point and find myself hiding things so it doesn't look as bad as it really is. Do you have an 11?

I'm falling somewhere between 5 & 6. My dh and my 2yo dd would not get along well if I progressed any further up the levels. I'll make a conscious effort to remain there until dd gets old enough to help around the house! Love your card! The clouds, in particular, are super dreamy!
