My husband and I were driving up Atlantic Avenue when we passed one of the communities around South Jacksonville. There they had planted dark purple, light purple and yellow pansies. They were a beautiful combination of colors. Then I saw today's inspiration challenge, and those together inspired this card. I can't point to any one object in the design studio for today, except the dresses. For some reason they sparked this card.
I used a Rubber Stampede stamp, paper flowers, a butterfly brad, ribbon and SB nesties to create this card. I stamped the image onto the dark blue bg paper with VersaMark. I didn't have the contrasting purples that I had seen in the flower beds, but I think it turned out rather pretty.
What do you think?
TFL and have a blessed weekend!

Your card is wonderfully unique and unusual in design! That's what makes it so special. Gorgeous butterfuly with your scalloped nestie. Beautiful colors, too.
