This is a card I made for Cindy's Teapot Tuesday Challenge - to make a card inspired by this beautiful holiday teapot: http://mothermark.blogspot.com/2008/...uesday-25.html
I embossed shimmer white CS with the Birds & Swirls EF then cut a window in it with my Nesties. On another piece of shimmer CS, I used Holly stickers from the Wassail collection pack. I then placed the holly panel behind the window. The embossed panel is layered on Wassail DP for a little contrast and I added the sentiment using BG alphabet stickers from the same set. Not a bit of stamping on this one!
Thanks for the invitation to the tea party, Cindy and TFL!

Beautiful card. So simple and elegant just like the challenge teapot. Cindy will probably put you at the head of the table this weekend! Of course, the person at the head of the table has to pour the tea.

Can you pour tea? Cuz I don't want anyone pouring hot tea who might spill it down their arms and not be able to stamp anymore! Giggle!
The background of your card is so pretty and festive! And I love, love, love that Wassail stuff...its the coolest! Don't ya just love simple and elegant things! Like this card! Its very eye catching! And so Teapot Tuesday!
Thanks for coming to my tea party and for bringing this wonderful card. We will give you an audition on the tea pouring thing! If you have no accidents, you're on!

What a card - it's beautiful. And, I often see people saying they used shimmer white. But now I know what they mean, I want some! Have to see what I can find this side of the Atlatntic. It takes a lovely clean design and lifts it into the luxury class.
