I made this card for Cindy's Teapot Tuesday Challenge #25 found on her blog here: http://mothermark.blogspot.com/
I love the teapot that she choose for today. It was all white with a little square that had holly and berries on it. On Cindy's card she showed more of the white. I decided to zoom in close to the holly. I took water color paper and painted the holly leaves and berries. I matted that on a piece of dark green cardstock. I was going to score around it to make it stand out, but with out a score pal I only had my stylus and paper cutter and I kept poking holes in my card, so I decided to just have the holly on a piece of white cardstock that was layered on a white cardstock base. I did use my embossing stylus and a piece of foam to emboss the dots and curvy lines. Let me know what you think.

Marilynn!!!! You are an arteest! Honest, you are! I took one look at this and thought she painted that, that little stinker! This is so awesome. It is just gorgeous! You don't need stamps...just an easel and paint! Wow!
I was stumped on how to get the curvy lines and dots on my card base so I just settled for my cuttlebug. You did exactly what I wanted to do! Whoo Hoo!
I love the way you zoomed in.....and I loved that you zoomed over to the teaparty and brought this wonderful card!

What great colouring and drawing, MariLynn - you'd have to make a panel like that the focus of the card and not zoom out too much. And you did a great job embossing those curvy lines. I thought about freehand embossing but took the lazy road and used the ShapeBoss. Yours look more like the real teapot!
