I borrowed this stamp set from my friend Amber so I could make some Thanksgiving cards to send out to my little customer base. I think after playing with it a bit that I'm going to have to buy it for myself...isn't borrowing supposed to keep me from spending quite so much money? Lol!
This was supposed to be for November's WICKED color challenge, but I had to do Really Rust instead of Ruby Red to go with the DP. The three pieces of DP are all 2" wide and 1 1/4" tall, so you can cut enough pieces out of one 12x12 sheet of DSP to make 18 of these cards (the mustard is the reverse side of the chocolate pattern). And I'm glad to have found a use for some of my mustard grosgrain, it's just not a color I use much but I really liked it on here. The tree panel is 3 1/8" by 4" tall, and it's sponged with Creamy Caramel and just the edges with Chocolate Chip since I couldn't squeeze in a mat with this layout. I really like this sketch though, it's for this month's fan club gallery.
