The cow was cut and raised, his head raised again and then his mouth. That panel is raised also. What would I do without foam tape Colored with copic markers and stickles on the ornaments. Covered the cow with crystal lacquer. The dp is retired from SU.... why did they retire this paper!!!!!

Baaaaaahahahaha!!!! That is the cutest, most festive cow I have ever seen!! He (or is it a she?? Would a he wear ornaments on his head??) definitely put a smile on my face

Dianne this is awesome. I ALMOST ordered this cow. I went with the birthday one instead. This is fabulous. So much layering. I really like this layout. You did a ribbon thingy. I just love those but can't get mine to fluff like that. They lay flat. This dp is one of my favs. I saved some from last year too. Have a great day.
