Happy Monday, everyone! Time for another CCEE challenge. I hosted again this week and instructed everyone to use a restaurant coaster on their project along with some mesh or mulberry paper (the mesh & mulberry paper are both products that I haven't seen used much lately). I wanted everyone to use the coaster in it's original form, but not everyone was able to get their hands on one, so I did allow them to decorate their coaster if they chose to. It will be interesting to see how many of my CCEE friends were able to comply with the mesh or mulberry paper part of the challenge rules! :-)
My coaster is one my husband picked up from England many years ago. I gold embossed my Polkadots and Paisely flower and then I stamped the paisley in black onto red and cut it out. I used red mulberry paper at the bottom of the coaster and punched brushed gold cardstock for some faux gold brads on this paper. I used a Zig painty pen for the gold circles running along the side of my cs and my coaster.
If you'd like to see the projects my friends made or play along with us, please check out the details on our blog here:

I refuse to acknowlege the last sentence in your first paragraph!
Your coaster is elegant! No fair! This is so cool and to think its a foreigner coaster! That is way cool! Beautifully done Charlene. You can't even tell it is a coaster!

Absolutely fabulous! Those colors together are nothing less than stunning! Love where you placed your mulberry behind those brads. Totally fantastic, Charlene! I think you just might be the winner with this beauty!
