What a fun new technique...thanks to Becca and Lynn! The BG and paper-pieced cupcake are from DP by BasicGrey (Euphoria pad). The brads are designer glazed brads that match the Euphoria papers. Dimensionals were used to 'pop' the medallion and cupcake. This is the first of a set of cupcake cards I want to make for a good friend whose job got the ax thanks to a shortage of VA state funds. She always made cupcakes for every celebration and decorated them so beautifully. We had 3 medical staff who lost their jobs last week so it's been a difficult time at work lately. TFL!
