This is for WT188, Mad for Plaid. I thought I was going to have to make my own plaid, but I found these sheets that a friend gave me. I was going to make a masculine card with them, but it turned into a Christmas one. I trimmed one square of plaid down to fit a card blank. From the other two sheets I cut out the darker stripes, and after trimming 1/4 inch off each end I sponged all the edges with black and layered them on with foam. The dove is half of a Stampendous stamp, I stamped it with ColorBox Pigment Merlot onto watercolour paper and trimmed it, then layered it onto some more plaid. I added a Karen Foster snowflake in the top corner and Rejoice down in the bottom, and decided to leave it at that.

Sabrina, you were a brave one to put two plaids together. I love how it turned out. The little embelishments in the corners are wonderful. Great Christmas card.
