I made this as a birthday present for my sister. Stamped the watering can image and popped it up on dimensionals then filled it with fringed flowers! The cool weathered-looking frame is chipboard covered with Ranger Distress Crackle Paint. That stuff is so fun to play with!! TFL!!

Holy smokes!! This is so gorgeous. Love that crackle paint frame. I love your quilled flower bouquet, the colors are so cheerful and pretty.
