When I saw that Anne Ryan was the featured stamper for today, I knew I would just have to put all plans on hold so I could try to CASE this wonderfully talented and doesn't know it lady!!! I am in awe of the cards she turns out! and as most of us know from her wonderful comments and humor and wit, she is just the sweetest gal ever!!! Here is the card I CASED: Laura Birch Cats ... IC147 by Anne Ryan at Splitcoaststampers SO, without further ado, here are my changes.....
Right off the bat, I changed her cats, that she cut off a bag, into dogs that I stamped using spectrum pads. I didn't have any bags with cute dogs on them! Maybe Anne could send me one for next time. LOL
My bg dp was made, a little bright, but I was going for outstandingly fun. I stamped my paw prints in yellow, versa marked and clear eb. I taped the edges to make a thin stripe so I could sponge faded jeans, versa mark and clear eb. Removed the tape and brayered the whole panel red pepper. This way I didn't have so many layers.
On the image panel, I did the edges like mentioned above only it was done on yellow dp and doodled instead of stitching. I then took a panel of white cs and sponged the edges red pepper and glued it onto the yellow panel. This whole panel was popped up on my homemade dp that had been glued onto a white card that was sponged sunshine yellow. I then glued on my cut out doggies popping up their sweet little heads.
I tied a BOW with RIBBON and glued it on, only I put it on the opposite side......Well, Miss Ryan, it was a pleasure to CASE you today! Hope you like what I did!.....TFL :0)

Hi Cathy! It's lovely to be back and looking at your stunning work! I've so much of yours to catch up on which will be fun. Your card for Anne is stunning. I love the dogs, they're so funky and your own made dp is so clever. Bright and very beautiful. C x
